Notice of Scheduled Maintenance on September 17, 2020

Thank you for using TeraCLOUD.

We wish to inform you that the TeraCLOUD web site will be temporarily unavailable on September 17, 2020 due to scheduled maintenance. Please refer to the table below for details.

We will be using this maintenance period to add sharing capabilities to the File Browser, by popular request. Sharing will be available to both free and paid account holders.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Maintenance Period	September 17, 2020 (Thu) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM JST
Affected Customers	All TeraCLOUD users
Purpose	Feature upgrade Sharing capabilities will be added to the TeraCLOUD File Browser. After maintenance is complete, both paid and free users will be able to: Share a single file (create a share link) Set an access phrase required to download a shared file Show a list of shared files Stop sharing a file Details regarding the use of these features will be made available separately on this website. Sharing capabilities will initially be available only in the desktop version of the File Browser (mobile support is planned for a future update).
Affected Services	Services will become unavailable several times during the maintenance period, for up to 30 minutes each. TeraCLOUD login (My Page and File Browser) Logged in users may be logged out. Ongoing uploads and downloads will be interrupted. WebDAV client application access Ongoing uploads and downloads will be interrupted. Capacity upgrades New account creation Password reset User data will not be affected by this maintenance operation.
