Notice of planned server outage for infrastructure upgrade

Thank you for using TeraCLOUD.
We are planning an upgrade of some TeraCLOUD servers in the near future. As a result of this upgrade, response times are expected to improve during upload and download operations.
Maintenance operations will require an extended service outage. After maintenance is complete, the method for calculating data capacity will change, so some customers may see their used capacity increase or decrease depending on the contents of their storage.
We will contact affected customers by email, so please be alert for communications from TeraCLOUD.
Details of the maintenance schedule and affected services will be published on this page as they are determined.
