Cause 1) Mistake in the share link
Part of the share link may be missing or typed incorrectly. Check to make sure that the beginning or end of the share link has not been omitted, and that there are no extra characters in the link that do not belong.
Cause 2) File or folder is no longer being shared or no longer exists
Confirm with the person who provided the share link that the file or folder is still being shared.
