File and folder sharing errors

Please refer to the following information if you receive an error message:

1) An error in the share link 

It's possible that when the share link was sent, a part of it was missing or incorrectly written. In this case, contact the sender and confirm the share link is correct.

It's also possible that a part of the share link is missing or entered incorrectly. Check for any extra characters in the sharing link that don't belong, as well as if the beginning or end of the link has been omitted.

2) The file or folder is no longer shared or does not exist

A user can opt to no longer share a file or folder and restrict access to it at any time. Check to see if the file or folder is still being shared with the person who gave you the link.
