File and folder sharing errors
Please refer to the following if you receive an error message:
1) Incorrectly written link
Part of it was missing or incorrectly written when the link was went. Before checking for other issues, contact the sender and confirm the share link is correct.
Check for any extra characters in the link that don't belong and that no parts have been omitted.
2) The file/folder is no longer being shared or does not exist
A user can opt to no longer share a file or folder and restrict access to it at any time. Check to see if the file or folder is still being shared with the person who gave you the link.
3) The name of the file or folder set to be shared has changed
Check with the person who sent you the link to see if the file or folder has been modified.
