My file browser is not displaying files or folders. How do I fix this?

Check operating environments

Make sure your operating system and web browser are up to date.

Restart your web browser

Close all sessions of your web browser, then reopen it to gain access.

Delete your web browser's cache and Cookie

Use a different web browser

Change the current web browser to another of your choice.
