In order to request deletion of your account, you must first log in. Please log in using the login form.

Paid accounts cannot be deleted. If your account is a paid account, you must change it to a free account before requesting deletion.

Notes

  • The currently logged in InfiniCLOUD account will be deleted.
  • All data uploaded with the target account will be deleted.
  • If the email address does not match the registered email address in InfiniCLOUD, the deletion request will not be accepted.
  • Account deletion cannot be canceled, nor can an account be restored once deleted. Please exercise due caution when requesting deletion of an account.
  • Account deletion requests are processed in the order received. Please be aware that depending on the timing of the request, you may receive email notifications from InfiniCLOUD.
