Customers Using Older Versions of Air Live Drive

As of July 20, 2022, we have confirmed that users of older versions of Air Live Drive—those released before 2.1.0 on April 11, 2022—have been overloading TeraCLOUD servers and delaying data transmission and reception.
This issue can be resolved by updating the application to the most recent release.
Customers using Air Live Drive versions earlier than 2.1.0 are kindly asked to update to the most recent version of the application to help with this problem.
Restrictions for using older versions of Air Live Drive
Some functionality might be restricted if you are using Air Live Drive versions earlier than 2.1.0 and experience a high load after July 25, 2022.
