Thank you for using TeraCLOUD.

We wish to inform you that the TeraCLOUD web site will be temporarily unavailable on January 14, 2021 due to scheduled maintenance. Please refer to the table below for details.

We will be using this maintenance period to add folder sharing capabilities to the File Browser. Sharing will be available to both free and paid account holders, except for some options.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Maintenance Period	January 14, 2021 (Thu) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM JST
Affected Customers	All TeraCLOUD users
Purpose	Feature upgrade Folder sharing capabilities will be added to the TeraCLOUD File Browser. After maintenance is complete, users will be able to: Share a folder (create a share link) Set an access phrase required to show a folder Setting sharing permissions Read only: When the shared person accesses the share link, they can only view and download the files in the folder. Allowed to write (can be set only for paid account ) : When the shared person accesses the shared link, in addition to viewing and downloading the files in the folder, they can upload, delete, and overwrite files. When a shared person uploads a file to a folder, it consumes the storage space of the owner of the folder. Details regarding the use of these features will be made available separately on this website. Sharing capabilities will initially be available to in the both desktop and mobile version of the File Browser.
Affected Services	Services will become unavailable 1 time to several times during the maintenance period, for up to 5 minutes each. TeraCLOUD login (My Page and File Browser) Logged in users may be logged out. Ongoing uploads and downloads will be interrupted. WebDAV client application access Ongoing uploads and downloads will be interrupted. User data will not be affected by this maintenance operation.
