The issue affecting TeraCLOUD account upgrades has been resolved, and upgrade functionality is restored as of 5:45 PM Japan Standard Time. Accounts may be upgraded normally at this time.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Customers affected by this outage will be contacted individually by email. If you do not receive an email from TeraCLOUD by February 18, please contact TeraCLOUD Support.

Effect of Outage

Processing of the following TeraCLOUD upgrades was temporarily suspended.

  • 1TB/3TB/5TB yearly and monthly plans
  • GoodSync Desktop + TeraCLOUD 50GB (three month)

Neither the File Browser nor user data were affected.

Upgrades and cancellations submitted during the outage period will be processed in the order received. If your submission is not processed within one day, please contact TeraCLOUD Support.
