Delays in File Browser display for some customers (Resolved)
As of December 26, 2019, some customers may experience a delay in displaying the File Browser.
TeraCLOUD has confirmed this to be a problem and will fix it in the next update. The update schedule will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.
This symptom occurs when a large number of files and directories are present, causing a delay in displaying the listing. There is no effect on file download / upload speed.
As an apology for the inconvenience to our customers, we have introduced a bandwidth increase from the standard 10Mbps to 50Mbps for continuous transfers that exceed a defined length of time. This policy is scheduled to remain in effect until this issue is resolved. Both the File Browser and third-party WebDAV clients are subject to this bandwidth increase.
